Itinerary
- 5:30 AM Departure from Puerto Jiménez — by 4×4 toward Carate.
- 7:00 AM Arrive Carate — the hike to La Leona Station begins.
- 8:30 AM La Leona Station — guided hike through rainforest and beach trails.
- 12:00 PM Return to Carate — end of the trail section.
- 2:00 PM Depart Carate — 4×4 ride back to town.
- 3:30 PM Arrive Puerto Jiménez — end of the tour.
